Puppy Day Train Program

Puppies are a LOT and trying to train them – in addition to the craziness of regular life – can be overwhelming and exhausting. That’s where we come in!

Our Puppy Day Train Program is designed to help shape your puppy into the best dog they can be, and most importantly, give you the tools and knowledge to help you and your puppy through this adorable, but often frustrating, time.

This is a great option for owners who are local and able to drop off and pick up their puppy each day.

From ages 3 weeks to 16 weeks, puppies go through a "critical time period" where they are sponges and experiences stick with them - good and bad.

Part I: Building Foundations

2 Weeks

For puppies 5 months and younger

During this time, we focus on several skills that are important for all young dogs to learn:

Grooming & handling
Crate training
Potty training
Bite inhibition
Learning to settle
Confidence building
Socialization & exposure
Leash pressure
Basic commands

Now that your puppy has matured, they're beginning to enter that dreaded teenage stage where they start to test everything.

Part I & II at the same time

Part II: Putting It All Together

2 Weeks

For dogs ages 6-8 months

During this time, we'll build off the foundations they learned in Part I and focus on:

The 3 D's - Distance, Duration, and Distraction
Commands: sit, down, place, climb, come (recall), heel under increased distractions
Loose leash walking
Introduce the E-collar and off-leash skills
Field trips to proof obedience in different environments
