Dog Walking with Training
We don't just walk your dog - we train them too!

Have you been struggling to work on your dog's leash pulling on walks? Need a way to exercise your dog physically and mentally during the day? Then this service is for you!
​
Our Walk & Train service is designed to not only exercise your dog, but also work on any issues you might be having on your walk - leash pulling, refusing to walk, excessive marking, light reactivity*, etc. It's a great way to let your dog get outside and exercise while you work, and we'll help improve your dog's walking skills while we're at it! This is also a great option if your dog has completed one of our intensive training programs and you're looking for a great way to keep up with the training and keep your dog in tip top shape!

Our Services
30 Minute Walk & Train - $35​ plus tax
A walk around the neighborhood, working on leash manners

45 Minute Walk & Train - $45​​ plus tax
With this longer walk, your trainer can take your dog to nearby parks/trails for their walk, depending on what they're working on with your dog.

60 Minute Walk & Train - $60​​ plus tax
This walk is usually at a nearby park/trail (if available), or can be a long walk around the neighborhood.
We can walk two dogs for 30 min each, if you want your dogs walked separately.​​​
90 Minute Walk & Train Hike - $75​ plus tax
This is an amazing way to not only exercise your dog physically and mentally,
but also fulfill some of those biological needs that make them a dog - sniffing, hunting, running (esp. off leash if we've off-leash trained your dog).
Your trainer will pick up your dog and take them to a nearby trail for a hike with just your dog! Here we can work on not just leash manners, but also things like recall and holding sit/down-stays.
After your dog's walk, your trainer will send you a report card with some pictures/videos of what they worked on, as well as some tips on what to practice on your walks.
Private Lessons
While it's great that your dog is learning new skills on their Walk & Train, it's incredibly important that you as the owner get involved. Your dog might walk perfectly for us, but the goal is to have them walk nicely for you so you can enjoy your walks together!

At a certain point, your trainer may recommend a Private Lesson(s) to help transfer what your dog has learned over to you. Owners who participate in our Walk & Train program will receive a $25 discount off of private lessons!
